HOW TO Use
Step 1
Always follow ideal medical conditions & aseptic techniques when dressing a wound
Step 2
Irrigate and clean the wound site to prepare the wound bed and then carefully dab the area around the wound dry with sterile dressing pads.
Step 3
Place Vliwasorb Superabsorbent Dressing, Do Not Cut Dressing to adjust size, pick a suitable size instead.
- Vliwasorb requires secondary fixation (e.g compression or retention bandages as appropriate).
- Change when the absorbent capacity of the dressing has been reached dependent on the individual wound condition.
- Select the most appropriate size of the Vliwasorb superrabsorbent wound dressing, following assessment of the area to which it will be applied.
MODE OF ACTION
- Made of super absorbent polymers that absorb many times their weight & scarcely release any retained exudates, even under mechanical pressure further saving time and money requiring fewer dressing changes.
